"If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" How many times have you heard piece of wisdom? Public life is full of examples where that advice was studiously ignored. A prime example is our system of primary and secondary education. Why do we spend so much energy reinventing what is, at root, a very well understood process? What are the perceived differences in today's learning environments that tempt us to experiment with new methods? This can be a short talk or a 3-day workshop.
