All exchanges of information,
whether they be comparisons of research results, or reports of
a conversation with friends, or recognizing an acquaintance at
a distance, require an act of judgement. Those who seek the "silver
bullet" - the perfect value-free unbiased answer - are misinformed
about the process of human understanding. We must explore strategies
for reintroducing "judgement" and "trust" into
our relations with our colleagues and for balancing the flood
of facts with what they might mean. Explore with us in a seminar
setting that can be specifically designed for a variety of work
environments.
