| Frank Doubleday began his career as an actor playing a variety of bad guys on television. NEWSWEEK, once referred to him as John Carpenter’s most menacing villain to date in ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK. Frank has directed numerous productions in the Los Angeles area, including CHARLIE’S BIRD STORE, which subsequently found its way to Broadway. Frank has also directed nine plays produced by DOXA, including an original One Act Festival and BEGGARS IN THE HOUSE OF PLENTY, here at Hollywood Court Theater. |
