All jobs are based on estimates either by an hourly estimate, or a flat price.

All jobs require a deposit before work begins.

  • For hourly based work, a minimum deposit of $100 is required.
  • For flat rate projects, a deposit of 50% of the estimate is required
  • Final, full payment is due upon completion of work, final art delivery.
  • Late fees, unless client-specific payment plan has been agreed upon, apply as follows:
    • 30 days past invoice date = $60 late fee
    • 60 days past invoice date = $150 late fee

      Payments can be made with:

      • Credit Card: Via PAYPAL to the email address: Payments@DancingTornado.com
        In the PayPal window, the "PRICE" will show up as $0. You must enter your amount in that box.)
      • Cash or Check (mailing address will be provided upon work agreement)

Full outstanding balance must be paid immediately upon completion of work. This will be the tally of hours minus your deposit, or the remaining balance on a flat rate job minus deposit paid. Completion means preparation of final files and files release to client or client's vendor via email, web or delivery (i.e. printer, magazine, duplicator, etc...).

Once you have completed the "Final Approval Form" for your project, this initiates the finishing process and payment is due upon receipt of invoice from Dancing Tornado Design. There is no waiting period for payment when job has been completed.
