All jobs are based on estimates either by an hourly estimate, or a flat price.

All jobs require a deposit before work begins.

  • For hourly based work, a minimum deposit of $100 is required.
  • For flat rate projects, a deposit of 50% of the estimate is required.

All outstanding balance must be paid immediately upon completion of work. This will be the tally of hours minus your deposit, or the remaining balance on a flat rate job minus deposit paid. Completion means preparation of final files and files release to client or client's vendor via email, web or delivery (i.e. printer, magazine, duplicator, etc...). Once you have completed the "Final Approval Form" for your project, this initiates the finishing process and payment is due upon receipt of invoice from Dancing Tornado Design. There is no waiting period for payment when job has been completed.

  • Cash
  • Check (mailing address will be provided upon work agreement)
  • or Via PAYPAL to the following email address: Payments@DancingTornado.com (In the PayPal window, the "PRICE" will show up as $0. You must enter your amount in that box.)
