RICHARD LUCAS
Ron
Richard Lucas can currently be seen in the award winning
independent feature Tahiti in which he takes a charming and
hilarious turn as the lovable, confused and harmless street thug ‘Ronnie’ who's
passionately fixated on Happy Days character ‘Chachi Arcola.’ He
also appears currently in the indie film Save
Jesus as the morally
conflicted ‘Father Frank’. Richard has many Los Angeles
theater credits including ‘Johnny’ in John Patrick Shanley's
,"Beggars in the House of Plenty," ‘Danny’ in
Shanley's, "Danny and the Deep Blue Sea," ‘Lenny’ in
Jason Milligan's, "Nights In Hohokus" and ‘Dude’ in
Joseph Pintauro's, "Soft Dude." He will be performing in
his original one act comedy, "Mr. Somebody" this summer at
Actors' Art. Special thanks to Max and Eric, cast and crew for making
this shoot such a fun, funner and even more fun than that experience.
ALICIA ARMSTRONG
Raquel
Alicia Armstrong is 15 and attends Orange County High
School of the Arts where she studies drama. She enjoys acting and has
appeared in theatrical productions of "Les Miserables," "The
Crucible," "Bugsy Malone," "Beauty and the Beast," "Aladdin," "Dear
Maudie" and many others. She had so much fun working with (and
learning from) the cast and crew of 3719 Broadleaf
Road, which is her
first 'on-camera' role, that she has recently obtained representation
and expanded her goals to include work in film and television.
RYAN JAMES
Sam
The opportunity to play the role of ‘Sam’ in
3719 Broadleaf Road was a special thrill for Ryan, knowing
that director Max Hoffman hand-picked him for this, Ryan's fifth film.
Included among Ryan's other film work is the lead in Pharaoh's Heart,
working with Rod Steiger in A Month of Sundays, and playing
a young Lukas Haas in
The Pearl. Ryan's forte has been challenging roles focused
on a variety of serious issues, including guest-starring in "Judging
Amy" as
a young boy who believes he is a girl, a "Strong Medicine" guest-starring
role as a suspected abuse victim, and flashbacks as the hermaphrodite
serial killer Paul/Pauline Millander of the "CSI" trilogy.
Less serious roles in lighter programs have included recurring as ‘Young
Jerry’, Oliver Beene's father in the sitcom of the same name,
co-starring on "The Bernie Mac Show," and the recurring role
of ‘Brian’ in "State of Grace."
